OVELRO ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors of this site and does not cover the separate privacy practices of the independent SaaS products we build and operate.

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. When you visit the site, a small number of strictly functional cookies are set (theme preference, language preference, and your cookie-consent choice) — see our Cookie Policy for full details. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Anonymous visitor statistics

We keep anonymous statistics to understand how our website is used, such as which pages are viewed, the approximate country and city a visit comes from, the type of device and which website referred you. We do this without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Your IP address is used only for a moment to estimate your location and is never stored. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so they cannot be traced back to you. No data is shared with third parties. Browsers that send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal are not counted. Individual page views are deleted after 90 days; only anonymous daily totals are kept. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry. Functional cookies are used only to operate the site (remembering your theme, language and consent choice). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted afterwards unless a longer period is required by law. Your cookie-consent choice is stored in your browser for up to one year, after which it is asked again.
